The problems here don't have textbook answers. You'll be working on systems where a millisecond of latency is a real loss, where the market structure changes every quarter, and where the only way to know if you got it right is to watch the book.

For senior roles, remote works when the role and the person make it obvious. We evaluate it per role.

How we
interview

Four stages. No filler rounds, no games. Serious throughout.

Intro call

A short conversation with the hiring lead. Context on the role, the firm, and what we're actually looking for. Mostly for us to understand fit and for you to ask the questions you care about.

Technical deep-dive

Role-specific. We want to understand how you think, not whether you've memorized LeetCode.

03

Take-home or case

A scoped problem reflecting actual work the team does. Reasonable in length. We review the output with you and dig into the decisions you made, not just the result.

04

Onsite or final round

Meet the broader team. Cultural fit, stretch discussion on the work ahead, and decisions on both sides. Offers move fast after this.
