Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job description
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own full-cycle hiring, build pipelines proactively, and help us scale with exceptional people across engineering, trading, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → close
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirementsBuild strong talent pipelines for priority roles, most of which are senior and technical
- Proactively source passive candidates across Europe
- Run first-stage screens: assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
- Coordinate and drive the interview process
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing top candidates
- Represent Raven at events and in communities
- Track and improve hiring metrics
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, templates, and hiring playbooks
- Build and maintain Raven's employer brand in target markets
Who you are
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing skills Experience hiring senior technical profiles
- Comfortable reaching out and building relationships across Europe
- Organised, data-driven, high ownership mindset
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, HFT, fintech, or Web3 hiring
- Familiarity with the Rust or systems programming community
